This promotional Las Vegas vacation package includes 4 days and 3 nights for up to 4 persons (in a single room) in standard hotel accommodations, including room taxes and resort fees at Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. It includes two Cirque du Soleil* or Blue Man Group tickets. The total cost of the package is $199.00 for mid-week accommodations (weekends are $249.00). This vacation package does not include transportation, meals, gratuities or other incidental costs associated with taking this vacation. The verifiable retail value of this promotional vacation based on 2016 mid-November travel is $409.00 based on online travel rates for mid-week accommodations and advertised ticket prices. (Weekend verifiable retail value is $498.00).

This promotional vacation offer is capacity controlled and is subject to availability. This vacation has no cash value and cannot be sold or assigned. This travel is valid for up to 12 months from date of purchase. A minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 120 days advance request for travel reservations in recipient’s name are required by Sponsor in order to arrange for this vacation package. Reservations must be made in the name of the recipient of this vacation package. All vacation package purchase monies must be paid prior to confirmation of any reservations.

This offer to sell promotional vacation packages may be withdrawn by Sponsor at any time. All vacation packages properly registered to users will be honored for travel through the actual 12 month expiration date of the individual package. A $50.00 fee will be required for any cancelled or rescheduled reservations.

Eligibility Requirements

This promotion is offered to any credit-worthy, U.S. Citizens, of legal contract age at time of travel, who can demonstrate a minimum annual household income of $50,000 or more. If married or cohabitating, couples must travel together to acknowledge receipt of all of the benefits of this promotional vacation. Current employees of the companies involved in this promotion and anyone visiting a Vacation Village Resort or affiliate as a result of a promotional vacation offer within the past 12 months are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Future Contact

Irrespective of whether Participant declines this promotion, Participant expressly agrees to be contacted about this or other promotions on their landline phone and/or wireless phone provided to Sponsor even if such numbers appear on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Participant further agrees that Sponsor may use an automatic telephone dialing system to contact Participant via telephone or SMS and use pre-recorded messages through the use of an auto dialing system There is no obligation to purchase or join anything.

Cancellation

You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the Letter of Entitlement, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. Liability

By participating in this vacation offer, the end user agrees that the Sponsor and fulfillment provider will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitations, compensation or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either person or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party. Sponsor will not be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control causing your travel to become unavailable.
