This promotional vacation includes accommodations for four nights for two adults in a South Florida hotel and a 3-night Bahamas cruise for two adults, based on double occupancy aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines or similar cruise line vessel, for a total cost of $756.

The cruise accommodations are for an entry level, inside or outside cabin. Upgrades to higher category inside, ocean view, or balcony are available for an additional charge. The cruise includes standard meals, entertainment and accommodations aboard the ship. Airfare and transportation to and from the vacation destination, meals other than those included while on your cruise, gratuities and any other personal expenses are not included in this promotional package. Government Taxes & Fees and port charges are also an additional charge to be determined at the time of booking. The typical rate range is $95 to $115 per person.

Cruise line(s) reserve the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice even if the cruise fare has been paid in full. The fulfillment provider will at all times pass this additional cost to our customers. Such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare. The fuel supplement charge will not exceed $10.00 per passenger per day. Fulfillment provider its subsidiaries and partners are not responsible for last minute changes to price or itinerary by the Cruise line, or any errors or omissions in the content of this advertisement. Additional restrictions and penalties may apply. Norwegian Sky is registered in The Bahamas.

This offer based on double occupancy, third of fourth person(s) in your cabin, when available, must be purchased through the fulfillment provider at the published rate from the cruise that is being booked.

The verifiable retail value of this promotional vacation based on 2016 May travel is $2,350 based on published cruise line rates and on-line travel agency rates published on the Internet for the applicable accommodations in Weston, FL.

Irrespective of whether Participant declines this promotion, Participant expressly agrees to be contacted on their landline phone and/or wireless phone through the use of an auto dialing system about this Promotion and others periodically offered by Sponsor, and Participant also agrees to be contacted via US mail or email about this Promotion or other promotions periodically offered by Sponsor until Participant notifies Sponsor in writing that he/she no longer wants to be notified of this Promotion and any new promotions offer by Sponsor.

A promotional vacation package must be registered in the name of the intended users within seven days of the date that the offer to purchase said package is made. Users will have 12 months from the date of registering a promotional vacation in their names to actually complete their travel using the package. A minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 180 days advance request for travel reservations are required by sponsor in order to arrange for this vacation. All vacation package purchase monies must be paid prior to confirmation of any reservations. Sailings are available on selected dates with an additional charge per person for high and peak season, if and when available. Not applicable for holiday sailings. This promotional vacation offer is capacity controlled and is subject to availability.

This promotional vacation offer is open to any credit-worthy, U.S. Citizens of legal contract age who can demonstrate an annual household income of $50,000 or more. If married or cohabitating, couples must travel together to acknowledge receipt of the benefits of this promotional vacation. Current employees of the companies involved in this promotion and anyone visiting a Vacation Village Resort as a result of a promotional vacation offer within the past 12 months are not eligible to participate in this promotion. This offer to sell promotional vacation packages may be withdrawn by sponsor at any time. All packages properly registered to users will be honored for travel through the actual expiration date of the individual package.

This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This promotional offer is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user or if not paid by the primary issuing merchant or distributor that purchased directly from the advertiser.

By participating in this vacation offer the end user agrees that the sponsor and fulfillment provider will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitations, compensation or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either person or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party. Sponsor will not be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control causing your travel to become unavailable.

The fulfillment provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant, or representative of any unauthorized person(s). No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. All terms of this offer must be met or the offer will be voided.

Cancellation: You may cancel a contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the Vacation Certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract.
