The verifiable retail value of the entire vacation package is $3,311.00.
The cruise accommodations are for an Oceanview Stateroom/cabin. Upgrades to higher category or balcony are available for an additional charge. The cruise includes standard meals, entertainment and accommodations aboard the ship. Airfare and transportation to and from the vacation destination, hotel or cruise port, meals other than those included while on your cruise, gratuities and any other personal expenses are not included in this promotional package.
A promotional vacation package must be registered in the name of the intended users within seven (7) days of the date that the offer to purchase said package is made. Users will have twelve (12) months from the date of registering a promotional vacation in their names to actually complete their travel using the package. For the bonus vacations, the Getaways Certificate that you will receive expires twelve (12) months from the date it is issued to you in person. A minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 120 days advance request for travel reservations are required by ATWU in order to arrange for the vacation package. The vacation package must be paid in full prior to confirmation of any reservations. Sailings are available on selected dates with an additional charge per person for high and peak season, if and when available. Not applicable for holiday sailings from December 15th to January 5th. This promotional vacation offer is capacity controlled and is subject to availability.
The promotional vacation package is open to any credit-worthy U.S. or International citizen being at least 25 years of age at time of travel and having a combined annual household income of $50,000 (U.S.) or more. If married or a cohabitating couple, both parties must travel together to acknowledge receipt of all of the benefits offered in this promotional vacation. Two (2) forms of identification are required at time of check-in. Acceptable forms of identifications are: state issued ID, driver's license or passport -AND- a major credit card or major debit card with the Visa/MasterCard logo. As part of this promotional vacation package, you are required to attend a welcome breakfast or lunch at Vacation Village at Weston Resort during your vacation stay in Weston, Florida and complete a required 120 minute presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership. There is no obligation to purchase however failure to attend and complete the required presentation and meet any of the terms, conditions and/or eligibility requirements subjects the purchaser(s) of this vacation package to forfeit any gifts offered with the vacation package and the responsibility for full rate of all accommodations. Current employees of the companies involved in this promotion and anyone visiting a Vacation Village Resort as a result of a promotional vacation offer to sell promotional vacation packages may be withdrawn by ATWU at any time. All packages properly registered to users will be honored for travel through the actual expiration date of the individual package.

(ATWU) reserves the right to substitute any service or travel supplier with one of similar or equal quality, at any time, without prior notice.
ATWU its subsidiaries and partners are not responsible for last minute changes to price or itinerary by the cruise line, or any errors or omissions in the content of this advertisement. Sailings are available on selected dates with an additional charge per person for high and peak season, if and when available. Not applicable for holiday sailings, or December 15th - January 5th. Quotes may be obtained for children under the age of 18 accompanying their parents on this vacation package.
Accommodations for third or fourth person(s) in your cabin, when available, must be purchased through ATWU at the published rate from the cruise line that is being booked. This promotional vacation offer is capacity controlled and is subject to availability. Cruise line reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice even if the cruise fare has been paid in full. Always Travel With Us will at all times pass this additional cost to customers. Such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare. The fuel supplement charge will not exceed $10.00 per passenger per day.
By purchasing this vacation package, the end user agrees that ATWU will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitations, compensation or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either person or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party. ATWU will not be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control causing your travel to become unavailable.
ATWU reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant, or representative of any unauthorized person(s). No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. All terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of this offer must be met or the Vacation Certificate will be voided.
DOCUMENTS: You will receive your travel itinerary and any required documents via United States Postal Service approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) days prior to travel. Documents that are required to be shipped to a country outside of the U.S will be subject to the shipping costs that apply.
TRAVELING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: U.S. citizens must have proof of citizenship, government-issued photo identification and a passport. If you are not traveling with a passport, you must provide a certified copy of birth certificate with raised seal, along with your government-issued photo identification or government-issued driver’s license with photo. U.S. Resident Aliens must have an Alien Resident Card. Non-U.S. Resident Aliens and Non-U.S. Aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents.
REVISIONS AND RESCHEDULING: Travelers may request, but ATWU cannot guarantee, revisions and rescheduling including but not limited to name changes, change in travel dates, cabin/room categories, and travel supplier preferences. Reservations may be rescheduled for a fee prior to confirmation of the cruise reservation. The fee to reschedule a reservation is $25.00 per person, per reservation plus any supplier penalties/fees. The $25.00 rescheduling fee will apply to all rescheduled reservations. Once the cruise reservation dates have been confirmed and tickets have been issued, there is no cancellation or return of monies paid. Travel insurance may be available directly through the cruise line however traveler(s) are solely responsible for purchasing the travel insurance, if desired. All travelers are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy, if purchased.
CANCELLATION: You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract.
